When do I pay?+
Never upfront. Create your celebration, invite friends, and collect everything for free. You only pay when you're ready to activate the reveal experience — usually a day or two before the big moment.
What's the difference between the plans?+
Each plan supports a different group size. Intimate ($49) is for up to 10 contributors, Celebrate ($59) for up to 25, Gather ($79) for up to 50, and Legacy ($99) is unlimited. Every plan includes all 11 prompts, video messages, and the full reveal experience.
What does the Forever add-on do?+
Without it, your celebration is fully active for 90 days, then converts to a static keepsake page. With Forever (+$49), everything stays live permanently — videos play, the reveal works, and you can revisit it every year.
Can friends contribute without an account?+
Yes. Friends just click your invite link, pick a prompt, enter their book, record a video, and submit. No sign-up, no app, no friction.
How many contributors can I invite?+
That depends on your plan. Intimate supports up to 10, Celebrate up to 25, Gather up to 50, and Legacy is unlimited. If an extra friend submits beyond your limit, we'll ask if you want to upgrade — nobody gets left out.
What happens if friends don't submit on time?+
You set the deadline. Friends who don't submit simply aren't included — but you can extend the deadline anytime from your dashboard.
Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Yes. If you start with Intimate and need more room, you can upgrade to a larger plan anytime. You can also add the Forever or Custom URL add-ons whenever you're ready.
What if I'm not satisfied?+
If your celebration doesn't turn out the way you hoped, email us within 30 days and we'll refund your purchase. No questions asked.
